Welcome to Smedley Manor
Smedley Manor is a family owned and operated restaurant. We have been open since July 13th, 2011. When the Smedley home was built in 1893, a smokehouse was included. We use the original smokehouse to smoke our meats, and you can taste the flavor! The smokehouse is stocked daily to begin the 14 hours of preparation it takes to perfect our meat—which is a simple, yet precise process, using whole cherry and apple wood. We do NOT use pellets, liquid smoke, propane, lighter fluid, or heat lamps. We use only smoke, fire, patience, and persistence. We try our best to have all meats available; unfortunately there may be times we run out due to the size of our smokehouse. Perfection takes time, and we appreciate your understanding. We take pride in our meat, and hope you enjoy your meal! If you get here and the meat is gone, come back earlier next time!
